Repurpose: The Chinese New Years Eve, my mother showed her famous cooking: Fú-tiào-qiáng (The Buddha jumps the wall). Need lot of time to prepare the ingredients and put them together in a earthen jar and the steamer. Delicious and happy lunar new year of chicken!
